This policy covers our marketing website (admtd.ai) only. It is separate from the ADMTD application used by treatment providers, where protected health information (PHI) is handled under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and a separate notice. Please do not submit any patient information (PHI) through this website or by email.

ADMTD (“ADMTD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit admtd.ai or request a demo, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you request a demo, contact sales, or email us, you may provide your name, work email address, phone number, organization or facility name, job title, and any details you include in your message (for example, number of locations, licensed beds, monthly inquiry volume, or your admissions challenges). You provide this information voluntarily.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect standard technical and usage information, such as your IP address (typically truncated/anonymized), device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring website, and general location derived from your IP. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

2. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies that record information such as pages visited, time on site, traffic source, and interactions with our calls-to-action. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not send any patient information to analytics.

8. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for treatment-provider organizations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
